How do we practice Chiropractic?
At Trailhead, we use chiropractic manipulations for the sole purpose of restoring restricted mobility in the joints. Soft tissue release techniques help tight muscles surrounding the spine and extremities which allows the adjustment to last much longer.
Learning self-care at home with stretches, foam rolling and strength training, helps our patients work on problem areas at home and prep themselves for the physical demands of their lifestyle.
